Replace 50 gallon heater Upgrade flue pipe from 3†to 4†(need to do extensive chipping of concrete wall to send new line into chimney- this applies for the broken boiler exhaust as well. They were never properly vented into the chimney and boiler line has corroded and is falling apart it is not safe for use) Will seat concrete back up around penetrations Install new ball valve on heater to be installed
Tech replaced tub trip lever that had broken due to deterioration. Once new trip plate / lever was installed it was adjusted and tested. At this time there are no issues and drain is functioning properly
Diagnosed water leak to be a faulty water heater. Customer has been given price nd will call to schedule appt for Monday mornin (low boy 40 power vent)
